Voyage

This picture was taken at Mayurakshi river(West Bengal,India). Many people who lives in the side of the river are fisherman in profession. When the sun is about to set then they return to their home with their days collection. Most of the day sunset creates a nice effect here. Birds chirping at the sunset, nice breeze, colorful sky and the fisherman's boats creates a dream atmosphere which will not allow you to leave the place in that very time..

Resting in shadow

A capture of hut in a village of India at noon. The shadow of trees nearby created a surreal effect.

Gladiator

I took this shot in the street of Kolkata. These are quiet familiar scene there. These people somehow manage to make their both ends meet. Some are beggar, some are porter. They came from various corners of state to Kolkata thinking a state capital can help them to make bread. They have no home; somehow they manage to sleep in footpaths, but there also fight for it, people who make footpath their home even with families is increasing. They remain there under scorching sun, in rain and even in biting cold. Still they dream within there limit, they fight a lot, they marry, ultimately they never give up easily. If they can fight, they can survive with their little resources and can walk on; then why we dare to fight. we need to look at them if possible then look after them but there is lot to learn.

kids in portrait

Smiling beauty

innocent smile

This kids was with parents, someone running in road, some in garbage field . I tried their several pictures and at last got those satisfactory. The thing is that when you want a portrait you just need to take many attempts to get a click which can reveal a message you want. Taking a picture from distance gives you an opportunity to discover a perfect mood without direct interact with that person which helps to retain its naturality.
